Rainy Mondays call for one of the most famous members of, The Wrecking Crew.
Glen Campbell got his start in the 60s as a session guitarist for, The Beach Boys, and their hit songs, I Get Around and Help Me Rhonda. He even was uncredited on his work with Steve McQueen in the movie, Baby the Rain Must Fall.
Campbell never forgot his roots as he used the Wrecking Crew for this album that I am spinning today.

Gentle on My Mind released in 1967 to rave reviews. It hit number 1 on the US country music charts and number 5 on the US Billboard top 200.
He also won 2 Grammy awards for this album, Best Male Country Vocal Performance and Best Country & Western Recording.
Not bad for a session musician for Phil Spector's record label.
