My favorite concerts handpicked by yours truly...
We all know of the famous selections by the Grateful Dead’s tape vault archivists, Dick Lavtala and Dave Lemeiux. This is where they’d pick their favorite shows of the famous band. Yes, they do a good job selecting shows, but everyone has an opinion on the best shows that the, Grateful Dead, have performed (me included).
As someone who has listened to a wide range of Dead shows from their early days as, The Warlocks, up until their shows right before Jerry’s passing, I can safely say, I too, can pick out some great shows.
But here’s the twist, I will be picking out Dead shows as well as Jimmy Buffett shows. Why Jimmy you ask? Well friends, I think there is a need for vinyl pressings of Jimmy Buffett shows just like we have all these amazing Grateful Dead shows on vinyl.
Hope you will read about these iconic shows, give them a listen, and then tell me I am spot on in my assessment or just a little crazy.

Hmmm, I’d suggest there is absolutely zero need for anything to do with Jimmy Buffet. Who wants to go to a party with shitty music? A million Parrotheads just might have bad taste. My humble opinion only of course
