For #FarOutFridayVinyl I am going with one my most treasured albums. Last night I mentioned dungeon synth music and tabletop gaming to a friend of mine, so this one definitely fits the bill.
This album is the following:
1. The rarest in my collection by far as under 1,000 copies were made. (Some say less than 500 but no one really knows)
2. It's the only Dungeons and Dragons campaign on vinyl. Gary Gygax quickly scrapped the idea after it didn't catch on.
3. It's a mix between spoken word and creepy ambient music to set the mood for a tabletop campaign.

Other fun facts
The campaign was written by David Miller who was also the one who presented the idea to Gygax. At the time Miller was an avid player of Dungeons and Dragons but he was also in the Psychedelic snyth pop group, Expandis, at the time.
The narrator was a British voice actor, Valentine Dyall, who was famous for his role in Dr. Who as, The Black Guardian.

Other than that, it comes with a complete campaign within the vinyl sleeves with creature statistics so you didn't need all the books to create the adventure. A complete standalone adventure and all you needed was a turntable.
